At Freego, we value every customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite the process and get your package to you as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding.

We primarily use the Almex Transport network and other logistics partners for shipments within Mexico. Free shipping is only available for electric bicycles.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship from local warehouses in Mexico.

For products that are not in stock, we will display the estimated arrival date on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Order Processing: Confirmed orders will be processed in our warehouse within 1-2 business days before being handed over to the carrier.

Transit Time: Once shipped, please allow the following estimated time for your order to arrive at your address. These times are based on Almex's standard service and may vary.

Note on Urban Deliveries: For addresses within Mexico City, we may use local courier services for faster delivery.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package. A cancellation fee of 10% of the item's value will be charged. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of MXN $2700. Please contact us for the return address: Support@Freegobikes.com

Please contact us. Freego will provide you with the tracking number and the carrier's contact information. You will need to contact the carrier directly, and any associated costs will be your responsibility.

Replacements and changes

If you wish to cancel the order, a 10% processing fee will be charged on the item cost, and the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost of $2,700 MXN (approximately).


ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping information in your account if you are registered at Freegobikes.mx . If you are not registered, you can also track your order using your tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation email. You can find this number on the corresponding shipping company's website. For more information, please email Support@Freegobikes.com. We will respond within two business days.

If you haven't received your package, but the tracking information shows that the goods have been signed for, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, you will need to contact the relevant logistics company directly to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

  1. Shipping times may be affected by varying customs clearance times or holidays. If you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe above, please contact us for assistance.
  2. Shipping times will be affected during holidays; manufacturers and carriers limit their operations on these dates. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  3. It may take a few days for the tracking number to be activated in the carrier's system. If the information does not appear on their website, please try again later.
  4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from data collected from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.
  5. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to actions or omissions of Almex or any other parcel service.
